Cut.in – 12th National Student’s Film Festival 2023

The Annual National Students’ Film Festival features Documentary, and Short Fiction. The festival is open to all bonafide students of Indian institutions and Universities, either current students or recent alumni).  The festival carries awards for best and second best documentary, and short fiction as well as technical awards for cinematography, editing and sound design.
