During the 1992, Muslim communities living in the city witnessed communal violence within their localities and home. The violence that escalated then, created waves of movement and people moved or shifted from particular locations to other areas where they felt safer or had family. This film looks at mass upheaval and movement of people in Mumbai, and under the theme of “Displacement” the film will look at the Muslim communities in localities like Mumbra.
